Auto Trichome & Cream is a delicious hybrid autoflower strain. During flowering, the buds give off a fruity, creamy scent. The doughy and creamy side of the profile is especially apparent when the buds are well dried and cured.

When we crossed a top photoperiod Cookies & Cream cutting (Starfighter x Girl Scout Cookie) with one of our frostiest autos, the result exceeded all expectations! A highly potent autoflower with shiny leaves and beautiful trichomes. Auto Trichome & Cream produces some of the highest trichome densities we've ever seen!

The genetic background of this strain comes from a Starfighter (Tahoe OG x Lemon Alien Dawg) crossed with a Mystery Cookies (Girl Scout Cookie) mother. These top-shelf American genetics were produced and crossed by several breeders in the US.

Our Auto Trichome & Cream is an easy-to-grow autoflowering strain. She is a vigorous strain with medium to large-sized buds. The flowers grow tall and have a more open/hybrid structure. Certainly not fluffy, but not super compact either.
The strain itself is medium-sized and forms strong branches that can support some weight. This means they don't bend easily under their own weight. Towards the end of flowering, support may be desirable, but it is certainly not always necessary. This is an autoflowering strain that is guaranteed to be potent, and it looks the part too!

Auto Trichome & Cream seeds produce stable plants with a high degree of consistency. The THC content is around 20%. Under optimal conditions, it is possible to grow plants with more than 20%.
However, for most (inexperienced) growers, the THC content will be between 16 and 20%. Professional growers with high-quality LED lamps (and possibly UVA/UVB lamps) can exceed this.

Auto Trichome & Cream is a strain that works well in a SOG grow, or it can be grown naturally. It requires little or no expertise to grow successfully. This makes it very suitable for beginners.
Auto Trichome & Cream really starts to flower after about 4 weeks. You can usually see the first female flowers from week 4 or 5, when the plant starts to stretch and flower at the same time. These are usually the weeks when the most stretching takes place.

From the moment she starts flowering, it becomes clear why we named this cannabis strain Trichome & Cream. The development of the trichomes is truly epic and from the start of flowering she is full of tiny, beautiful, mushroom-like trichome heads. Both the aroma and taste are creamy and somewhat reminiscent of soft ice cream.

Auto Trichome & Cream is a relatively fast-flowering auto with a beautiful appearance. The main feature is the all-white buds that are completely overloaded with resin. One of the phenotypes even has beautiful purple shades (better visible at lower temperatures in the flowering phase).

Since the plant is not too bushy, even harvesting is fun. Holding the sparkling buds in your hands while carefully cutting the sugar leaves can be extremely satisfying. Be sure to save the trim, as it makes an excellent base for hash, resin, rosin or Ice-O-Lator.

Flowering time of Auto Trichome & Cream

Auto Trichome & Cream has an average flowering time of about 10 weeks. This is true for most plants when typically grown with a 20/4 or 24/0 cannabis light cycle. Some larger phenotypes may take a little longer to fully mature, up to around 80–84 days. This also applies to plants growing in less than optimal conditions.

This Dutch Passion autoflower can be grown both indoors and outdoors. The plants usually grow to a height of around 70–100 cm. Outdoors, it grows best in warm and dry areas.
But it also thrives in more temperate climates, as long as the three hottest and driest summer months are selected for the growing cycle. To achieve the highest yield outdoors, it is recommended to bring it forward indoors for a maximum of 2 weeks with a 20/4 or 24/0 light schedule.

This is an ideal cannabis strain for growing on a balcony or terrace where there is plenty of sun and it can grow well. In cooler flowering conditions, beautiful blue and purple hues can appear, both outdoors and indoors. This gives the very white buds an even more beautiful and unique appearance!

The yield of Auto Trichome and Cream

Auto Trichome & Cream is known to produce a large harvest. This has XL potential under the right conditions. Even for beginners, it is not too difficult to achieve a good yield.
It grows vigorously and develops strong branches. An average yield of about 0.75-1g/watt is therefore quite possible. For experts, yields will be much higher and can exceed 2g/watt.

Indoors, you can achieve about 400–500 g/m² depending on the wattage of the grow lamp and the climate. Organic growing is recommended, among other things, for the improved flavour of the end product.
Outdoors, you can harvest about 75 g per plant, depending on the number of hours of sunshine and the average temperature. Of course, much more is possible under the right circumstances.


Auto Trichome & Cream is a gourmet-quality cannabis strain that is very popular with many autoflower growers thanks to its unique appearance combined with its excellent flavour profile and effect. Our best growing tip is to transfer her to her final container as soon as possible, preferably directly after germination.
Preferably an Air Pot or Smart Pot with a minimum size of 10-15L for indoor growing and 15-30L for outdoor growing. To exploit the XL potential of this strain, a cannabis light cycle of 20/4 throughout the entire cycle or even 24/0 for the first few weeks is recommended.

Topping is possible but usually not necessary. If you want to control the size a little, we recommend pruning at around 4/5 weeks. Fimming is better as it allows you to create more main blooms while keeping the original main bloom intact.
At Dutch Passion, we like to grow this strain naturally and just let it do its own thing. Frequent leaf removal or lollipopping is not absolutely necessary. Let nature take its course and you will be amazed at the result!

Despite all the wonderful new autoflowering cannabis strains that have been developed over the years, only a few have managed to achieve this level of extreme trichome production!
