Order Information

Orders can be placed via the online shop, by email or by letter.

Ordering in the Online Shop

Step 1:
Select a product by choosing the desired variant and quantity, then add it to your shopping basket.

Step 2:
When you are ready to complete your purchase, proceed to “Checkout”.

Step 3:
If you are not logged in, please enter your customer details or select “Do not create a customer account” to place your order as a guest.

Step 4 – Shipping Methods:
Currently, four shipping methods are available. Depending on the destination country, some options may not be available. Shipping is free for orders over €100.

  • Discreet, original packaging, without tracking – €5.00 to €7.00
  • Discreet, original packaging, with tracking – €11.00 to €12.00
  • Discreet, camouflage mode, without tracking – €5.00 to €7.00
  • Discreet, camouflage mode, with tracking – €11.00 to €12.00

Step 5 – Payment Methods:

  • Postcash: Further information will be sent with the order confirmation. Please make sure to include your order number when making the payment.
  • Prepayment / Bank Transfer: Bank details will be provided with the order confirmation. Please include your order number as the payment reference.
  • Credit Card: Mastercard & Visa only (no debit cards). Not available in all countries. After 3D authentication, you will be redirected back to our shop to confirm whether the payment was successful. The amount will only be charged once the order is shipped.
  • Bitcoin: After completing the payment, you will be redirected back to our shop. Please allow a few hours for the payment status to change to “authorised”.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer additional payment methods such as cash on delivery, TWINT, Klarna or debit cards.

Step 6:
Review your order and the total amount, accept the terms and conditions, then click “Place order” to complete your purchase. You will shortly receive an order confirmation including your order number – please quote this number when making your payment.

Ordering by Email

Send us an email with your order details (product, item number, quantity) and your preferred payment method. We will reply with the total amount and payment instructions. You may also choose to collect your order from our shop in Bregenz.

Ordering by Letter / Postal Cash

Send us a letter containing your order (product, item number, quantity). Please remember to add shipping costs: free for orders over €100, otherwise add €7.00. For items that are not in stock, we reserve the right to ship a similar product.

For legal reasons, shipping is not possible to all countries. Below is an alphabetical list of countries where shipping is usually not an issue:

Packaging

Orders are shipped in anonymous padded envelopes. Packaging costs as well as repackaging for camouflage mode are included in the price.
