Purplematic CBD: Soothing Effects, Without The High

You’ll be hard-pressed to find an auto higher in CBD than Purplematic CBD. Our team of breeders let their creativity run wild with this one. She’s one of the most alien cultivars you’ll ever come across. Her diverse colours, massive pistils, and unlikely aromas will make her the star of your grow room or garden.

The idea behind Purplematic CBD was to produce a variety loaded with cannabidiol, that’s also easy to grow. The strain gives beginners easy access to high levels of the therapeutic molecule. But, we also wanted to create something fun to cultivate during every step of the growing cycle. To achieve this, we crossbred high-CBD varieties Kush Rose Auto CBD and Afghan Rose Auto CBD. Eventually, we created a stable hybrid with 90% indica genetics, 5% sativa and 5% ruderalis.

EFFECTS, FLAVOUR, AND AROMA

Purplematic CBD features a cannabinoid profile of 17% CBD and less than 0.5% THC. This equates to a CBD:THC ratio of approximately 34:1. During a vigorous selective breeding process, we managed to reduce the THC content down to a negligible amount. Because of this, Purplematic CBD flowers don’t produce a psychoactive effect. Medicinal and recreational users can smoke or vape her all day long without getting high. Her buds can also be used to make edibles and extracts for higher concentrations for CBD. After ingesting or smoking her buds, users experience a clear-headed and motivating effect.

A tantalising terpene profile augments Purplematic CBD’s therapeutic potential. Scents of earth, pine, and red fruits begin to emerge as her flowers mature.

GROWING PURPLEMATIC CBD

This autoflowering strain grows with speed. She’ll explode from seed to harvest in as little as 8 weeks! It won’t be long until she enters the flowering stage and begins to put on a visual display par excellence. Her flowers boast a deep purple core contrasted by unusually large pistils. The purple shade spans halfway across the upper fan leaves and blends into a dark green colour.

Looks aside, Purplematic CBD is a productive strain. Her small size means growers can cultivate several plants in close proximity. Indoors, you can plant 12 plants per square metre in 7l pots. They’ll grow to a height of 120cm and produce a yield of 400-450g/m². Outdoor plants grow to a larger size of 140cm and are better suited to 18l pots. Expect a harvest of between 100–150gr/plant.
